In 1967, Nadir Tütüncü started operating out of his 150 square meter- shop for the purpose of jewelry recycling. In 1975, precious metal refining activity was undertaken for the market and until 1985, the business grew based on these limited activities.  In 1985, Nadir Ticaret was established and started trading precious metals in Kapalıçarşı.  In 1993, Nadir Metal Rafineri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Nadir Metal Refinery Industry Trade Co., Ltd.) was established.  The rapid growth of capacity forced the firm to invest and in 1996, the first gold refinery in our country was founded. In 1999, in return for technological "know-how", a partnership was established with the German firm, Degussa; and hence, Nadir-Allgemina company was established. 

In 2001, the company was acquired in total and continued its operations under the title, Nadir Metal Rafineri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.  In 2001, Nadir Metal Rafineri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti, decided to expand and in 2002, all fundamental investments were completed. 

Nadir Metal Rafineri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. changed its title to Nadir Metal Rafineri A.Ş. (Nadir Metal Refinery Co., Inc.) in 2006, and today, the company continues its activities at its facilities, established on a total of 5000m2 of land, with a closed area of 4000 m2 and 77 employees, to provide the best service to the jewelry sector.
